Joleford Arrojo is a Filipino author, entrepreneur, digital publisher, and content creator based in Pagadian, Zamboanga Peninsula, Philippines. He is the Founder of Bos TV. He graduated from J.H. Cerilles State College - Tigbao Campus with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BSF). Beyond digital publishing, Joleford supports various public awareness campaigns and community initiatives. He is heavily involved in the promotion of peace, unity, and professional cooperation within community organizations.

Through his digital media network, Bos TV, he serves as the official organizer for National Fraternity Day PH, an annual civic advocacy event celebrated every November 19 to promote leadership and compliance with the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11053). Additionally, Bos TV serves as the official design creator of the National Fraternity Day PH advocacy logo.
